Nualphan Lamsam, the President and Chief Executive Officer of Muang Thai Insurance Public Company Limited, received the Best Manager of the Decade Award (2012-2022) at the “3 Decades, Moments to Dream, the Power of Pride” event, which was held by the Sports Photojournalist Association of Thailand at Aksra Theater, King Power.

In her role as "manager of the Thai national women's and men's football teams," Nualphan received this award for leading the women's team to two successive appearances at the FIFA Women's World Cup (in 2015 and 2019) and leading the men's team to their second consecutive AFF Championship victory (in 2020–2022).

Muang Thai Insurance Public Company Limited (MTI) recognizes the significance of social policy, particularly its ongoing support for the Thai sports industry.
