To alleviate COVID-19 in Thai society, Madam Pang Foundation and Muang Thai Insurance donated medical devices to the Klong Toei Community COVID-19 Care Center (CCC) and provided health insurance for all patients at the care center. This donation value was 500,000 THB. The CCC - Community Covid -19 provides 300 beds for the infected patients who are considered to be in the green and yellow group. It is located at the PAT stadium warehouse.

Madam Pang (Mrs. Nualphan Lamsam), Chairman of Madam Pang Foundation and President and Chief Executive Officer of MTI, revealed that “Working in the sport field made me love and have a deep bond with the Khlong Toei community. I have been working with Khlong Toei people through many projects starting from the Khlong Toei Dee Dee project, Madam Kitchen #PayingItForwardThaisStayTogether to Madam Pang Foundation. We never leave this area. For this reason, when there was the cooperation of many agencies setting up Khlong Toei Community Covid-19 Care Center, I did not hesitate to lend a hand. I did my best to help the Khlong Toei people from COVID-19. Also, we are ready to repay all your kindness and love by working hard to help people.”

Madam Pang Foundation and Muang Thai Insurance supported and donated to the CCC- Community COVID -19 Care Center at PAT stadium as follows:

1. 2 Lifts were provided to make it more comfortable for elderly people.
2. 4 large tents were provided as an area for ATK / RT-PCR testing and also for placing the patients’ food and items.
3. COVID-19 insurance were provided for the patients in the center, covering in case of being in coma caused by COVID-19 with sum insured of 100,000 THB for 6 months.
4. 5 Oxygen concentrators (5 liters in size) were donated to Khlong Toei District Office for passing to the care center.
5. The care center was renovated and improved its interior and exterior by Kla Mai volunteers and the necessary furniture, such as table-chair, industrial fans and insulating films for control room, etc, were also provided.
6. Supported the emergency mobile unit for picking up the patients around the Bangkok area with 24-hours service via ‘Madam Pang Friend Club’ call center at 02-207979. This helped relieve burden of medical professionals and staffs.

Madam Pang also added that “I thank you the trust gained from many organizations which made us able to help Khlong Toei people. Also, I would like to cheer up all the medical staffs from Kasemrad Hospital and Kla Mai volunteers who have been working hard to help the patients. If there is anything I can help, I am willing to support and help them”
