August 16, 2021 – “Madam Pang” or Mrs. Nualphan Lamsam, President and Chief Executive Officer of Muang Thai Insurance Public Company Limited and Chairman of Madame Pang Foundation had set up a health counseling service center and COVID-19 advice center under the name "MADAME PANG Friends Club" providing 24-hour service via online and offline channels at phone number 0 2290 7979 and Line official account: @madampangfriends.

Mrs. Nualphan Lamsam said about 'MADAME PANG Friends Club' that due to the current situation of Coronavirus Disease 2019 or COVID-19, numbers of infection keep rising as we call it a new high. So, there are many problematic consequences. New way of treatment called home isolation and community isolation had been created. The two types of treatment including waiting for treatment may cause the patients stress and affect the mental health of the patients and those around them.

Therefore, Muang Thai Insurance together with Madame Pang Foundation had officially set up the service center after taking several weeks of experimenting with online channels.” Mrs. Nualphan added that “For services from 'MADAME PANG Friends Club' at number 0 2290 7979 and Line official account: @madamepangfriends, we have an intention to set it up as a part of helping and relieving the worries for 3 target groups, such as employees and their families, our customers and the public, by providing consulting services by a MTI volunteer team on healthcare for 24 hours a day. The team had passed the emergency medical course and has experience in helping patients with COVID-19 since the first wave of outbreak until now. Everyone has good knowledge and understanding. They are like a friend who is ready to help you cope and overcome any worries.”
